The Flow

4 vitality coaching sessions in 12 weeks.

We will use evidence-based, functional laboratory testing to tend to your biochemistry and address hormone, gut, and cardiometabolic imbalances.

We will engage in heart-centered, wisdom-informed, empathic coaching to empty out old stories, old pain, old wounds that are obstructing your vitality, your freedom, and your power.

You will remember who you are at your core. You will strengthen your body, your temple to support you in living a life fully alive.
